Polite staff, good breakfast and excellent breakfast staff, swimming and tennis good to keep the children occupied.

I feel some of the bedrooms could do with decoration. Compared to other family rooms I was in at the Gleneagle, ours was a bit shabby. I was quite surprised when we entered but having said that I'd stay again. Good fun!

The bed was lovely, the room was brand-new and great-sized. The view was nice of the mountains. Location: the hotel was really close to Mangerton mountain, OD's restaurant, and the city centre.

Well, the area was not welcoming overall.

Going there as a family it had something for all of us. The swimming pool and the teen zone were great for the older children. We as adults enjoyed the selection of music nightly. The food was also great. Thank you to all the management and staff.

The location was excellant, the hotel was very clean and the room was large and also very clean too. The staff were very nice and helpful and they had a very good mini bus service to the station and the town centre and the food was also nice too. I would defenitly stay at this hotel again

I found the hotel really good with friendly staff and immaculate rooms. It's super convenient for anyone who loves exploring, as Killarney House Gardens and Ross Castle are both less than a 30-minute walk away.
